You'll get a 3D design and an itemised quote before anything is built. Once you approve it, your piece is built to order in our workshop and delivered and installed on a date we confirm with you.

Yes. We build to order and arrange delivery and installation nationwide, across all nine provinces. Lead times and logistics are confirmed with your quote depending on your location.

Timelines vary with design complexity, material availability and current workshop bookings. We'll give you a realistic build and install schedule as part of your quote, and keep you updated if anything changes.

Yes — that's the point of going custom. For kitchens you choose the cabinet finish, door style, handles and countertop material. For couches you choose the fabric or leather, cushion firmness, arm and leg style, and layout. We'll bring swatches and samples to your consultation.

Flat-pack and showroom ranges are built to standard sizes and you fit your space around them. We measure your space first and build the kitchen or couch to fit it, in the materials and layout you choose, in our own workshop rather than off a factory line.

Custom orders are booked into our workshop with a deposit, with the balance due on completion or before delivery. Full payment terms are set out in your written quote before you commit to anything.

Yes, our builds carry a workmanship and hardware warranty. Specific terms depend on the product and are confirmed in writing with your order — just ask us for the details that apply to your quote.
